In this project, I used Google book API for book search. And the nodeJS for back-end, mongoDB as the database, the HTML template(hbs) for the front-end pages.

In the application, you could search for a book, and if you create your own account, you could save your favorites, leave comments for books and add people who also use this app as friends.
